Here you find a few tables I have typeset using LaTeX to help keep track
of initial crystallization trials using the commercial sparce matrix
screens from Hampton Research, Molecular Dimensions and Emerald Biostructures. They are typeset in two tables of 6 columns by 4 rows, assuming that you do your crystallizations in Linbro (or similar) 24-well tissue culture plates and pipette the mother liquors left-to-right in rows. While every effort has been made to avoid errors in the data, I take no responsibility for any loss of money, time etc. due to possible errors in these tables. I recommend always to double check the data against the manufacturers data before proceeding with optimisation etc. Only Emerald Biostructures report both the buffer stock pH and final pH for the solutions, for Hampton and Molecular Dimensions screen only buffer stock pH is given.
